2. Who is responsible for the processing of Your personal data

We collect, store and process your data for the entire processing of your purchase, including any subsequent guarantee claims, for our services (for example: “My Preferences”), the technical administration, our own marketing purposes (more information on these under point 2.3) and to prevent criminal offences and fraud. Personal data requested for a room booking with us, is stored only as long as this is necessary for the contract and any subsequent contract-related correspondence, or in case of commercial and / or tax-relevant documents containing personal data, as long as the legal terms of Commercial and Tax regulation code requires as preservation of these documents.

We use cookies for optimizing our website and your online experience. “Permanent cookies” recognize that your PC has had a connection to a web site, while “session cookies” store recently viewed sites. “Session cookies” are deleted after the end of the session. Through the use of cookies in the form chosen by us, you will not be negatively impacted in any form. 5. Online Photographs

Sometimes we take photographs during our own internal events. These photographs might be used on our social media channels. You can request the removal of an image at any time by writing to contact@michelbergerimportexport.com.

7. Privacy Policy for requests and orders via email

If you make an order or request via email or contact field, your name, email address will be processed in our CRM, so that our team can respond adequately to your email. If you supply your phone number for contact this will also be saved, in case there are problems with the delivery. For any orders we will also save your billing and delivery address.
