2. Who is responsible for the processing of Your personal data

We collect, store and process your data for the entire processing of your purchase, including any subsequent guarantee claims, for our services (for example: “My Preferences”), the technical administration, our own marketing purposes (more information on these under point 2.3) and to prevent criminal offences and fraud. Personal data requested for a room booking with us, is stored only as long as this is necessary for the contract and any subsequent contract-related correspondence, or in case of commercial and / or tax-relevant documents containing personal data, as long as the legal terms of Commercial and Tax regulation code requires as preservation of these documents.

7. Privacy Policy for requests and orders via email
If you make an order or request via email or contact field, your name, email address will be processed in our CRM, so that our team can respond adequately to your email. If you supply your phone number for contact this will also be saved, in case there are problems with the delivery. For any orders we will also save your billing and delivery address.
